GOVADI is a Greek AI company specialising in sovereign, on-premises AI products for the public sector and enterprise. We build the systems that governments and large organisations rely on to transcribe, analyse, protect, and act on their data, without ever sending it to a third party. From courtrooms and parliamentary sessions to telecoms helpdesks and digital platforms, our solutions are already working at national scale.
GEO University was born from that same commitment to knowledge and public value. Now, as it grows into Urbetho, we remain proud partners, contributing our AI expertise to a shared vision where technology meets education and urban intelligence.

The company mundialis GmbH & Co. KG, which is based in Bonn, specialises in geoinformatics, remote sensing and data analytics. With 14 employees, it develops cloud-based processing and analysis workflows for open geodata — particularly Copernicus satellite data and aerial imagery archives — and makes the results available as maps, data packages or web services. Mundialis uses open-source infrastructures, such as GRASS GIS and actinia, to develop products and services for detecting, monitoring and assessing urban and environmental changes. Potential applications include monitoring land sealing, tree cover, forest health and surface temperatures. This process also translates research findings into concrete solutions, enabling local authorities, federal agencies and businesses to take direct action. Mundialis offers fully transparent and verifiable methodologies to support digital sovereignty.
Mundialis supports GeoUniversity because bridging the gap between geospatial research and operational practice requires skilled people, not just better tools, and we want to contribute our hands-on experience with open-source Earth observation infrastructure to help train the next generation of practitioners.

The Center for Remote Sensing of Land Surfaces (ZFL) is an interdisciplinary research center at the University of Bonn focused on applied remote sensing, earth observation, geoinformation sciences, and spatial modeling. Founded in 2001, the center centers its work around sustainable solutions for global challenges, specialising in key areas such as disaster risk mapping, hazard assessment, water resources, and ecosystem monitoring. It combines the facilities of multiple academic groups to provide advanced laboratory access, training, and advisory services for students, researchers, and has close collaborations with international organisations like the United Nations SPIDER office. The ZFL actively builds human and institutional capacity to combine EO, Geo-Information Systems (GIS), and spatial modeling to solve real-world problems in a capacity-building framework.
